Termination

 

Any pictures that are posted on Facebook or the website are not for you to save them, edit or copy them, you are allowed to share the album, or put them as your profile/cover picture. If you are found saving, editing, copying the pictures or the name on the picture is taken off, there will be legal trouble and you will no longer be able to have any sessions done by Anna's Small Town Big Smiles again. If you are having trouble coming up with money for a session, talk to me and we can work out a payment plan, but if you do not come up with the money by a certain time and have not contacted me about extra time, you will no longer be able to have services done by Small Town Big Smiles Photography again. 

 

    Editing

 

Pictures that are posted on Facebook are only the best ones that I think are from the session. These pictures are not to be edited nor are the ones that are on the CD. Just because a picture looks good on the camera, does not mean that the picture will be as good on a computer. 

     

                                                                          Sessions

 

The sessions are set up where the price you pay includes: the session, CD, any props that are needed, and gas (unless outside of Crawford County). There are no deposits due except for weddings, or if you are having trouble getting the money. 

 

                                                                       Respect at sessions/meetings

 

If there is any trouble at all whether it be at your session or a meeting, such as yelling, cussing, or uncalled for action, your session will be canceled and there will be no refund and any money that is due for your session you are still required to pay. As your photographer I respect you and I would kindly like it for you to respect me back. If you have any problems at all, please tell me, do not be posting statuses or talking bad about the business especially if you did not talk to me first about a problem. With you being a client, I want you to speak up if you are not happy that a certain someone shows up at your session that you do not want there, let me know and I will tell the person to leave. I want you comfortable at a session, if you are uncomfortable for any reason, let me know and I will do my best to make you comfortable. 

 

                                                                             Sales

 

All sales are final, there are no refunds if you are unhappy with your pictures, let me know and I will gladly redo the photo shoot at no extra cost. If I mail a CD and it is damaged, I will not replace the CD. The only time a CD will be replaced is if I hand the cd to you and the pictures will not load, but if you drop it and it breaks, I will not replace it. There is a $5.00 CD charge after the first CD, and after six months the CD goes up to $15.00.

 

                                                                     Returned Checks

 

If you have given me a check and it bounces or you need it returned there will be a $36.00 charge that will be added on to what the check was made out for. Make checks out to Anna Rutigliano

 

                                                                 Travel

 

I am more than happy to travel to you, but if the location is outside of Crawford County there will be a charge for gas. It will depend on the location, but places such as Terre Haute, IN or Vincennes, IN will be $30.00, if further the details will be discussed.

 

                                                                                   Deposits

 

There are no deposits EXCEPT for Weddings. If you want to have a future session and want to put money down ahead of time, you are more than welcome to do so. 

 

                                                                            Payments

 

We accept Cash, Debit/Credit Cards and Check. All of the money will be due the day of the session or meeting, whichever you prefer. 

              

                                                                       Cancellations

 

I do require at least a twenty-four cancellation notice, I will give you up to three reschedules, after that I can no longer do your pictures. If a cancellation is made by the photographer because of weather, illness or other causes the reschedule policy will not count. Weather and emergency is completely understandable. As a photographer, I think of safety first for myself and clients, if there is a snow storm, tornado or anything where it is unsafe to be on the road, the session will be cancelled and made up for a later time. 

 

                                                                      Refunds

 

There will not be any refunds under any circumstance. As stated above, if you are not happy with your pictures, please let me know, and I will gladly redo the photoshoot for you. If it is needed to cancel your session any deposit that you put down will go toward the future session, but after 60 days there will be a new deposit needed unless otherwise stated.

 

                                                                              Locations

 

I am an adventurous photographer that means I am absolutely up for anything that comes my way. Meaning I am not afraid to go into the woods, hills or anything. If you are allergic to anything at all please tell me right away, so I know what will and will not work at a location. The last thing any of us want is a client getting an allergic reaction. 

 

                                                                              Pets/Props

 

I absolutely love when a client brings their pets to a session. The only requirement that I ask for is that if we are at a park or a preserve that your pet be on a leash (unless of course, it is a turtle or anything in that nature), also please let me know if your animal has a tendency to bite or scratch, so I know whether or not to approach the animal. I am not responsible if your pet bites or scratch another person at the location.

 

You are more than welcome to bring any props that you want, just let me know what you are bringing and I will make sure to think of ideas and a list of things you brought to make sure everything is returned to you. With that being said, if anything goes missing or is stolen while at your session I am not responsible for it. 

 

                                                              My Word to You

 

I am the photographer and it is my job to make sure you are happy with your pictures and experience. If there are any questions, problems, anything at all please let the photographer know. I cannot do anything if you do not tell me. My guarantee is that you will have fun, have the best experience possible and at the end of the day when you look at the pictures on the wall and you smile that is what my goal is. You are the client I want your ideas, I have my own ideas, but the pictures that are taken are a reflection of you. I want you to be able to remember that moment whether it is your wedding, senior year of high school or your child's first birthday. I strive to make my clients happy, and if you are happy then I am happy. 

 

                                                                PLEASE READ!!! 

 

Weddings and senior contracts will have their own policy, but it will also include the locations, prices, props, cancellations etc. There is no refund at all, even if your wedding is canceled. Both senior and wedding sessions are required to have a meeting beforehand, to discuss details, sign the contract, get the deposit, and just too personally get to know you a little more, so both client and photographer feel comfortable. At this meeting please ask any questions or concerns you have.
